1. Who we are
SACH Publications ("we", "us") offers paid PR article publication packages. This policy explains what personal information we collect through sachpublications.com, why, and the choices you have.

2. What we collect
We collect only what we need to answer you and to deliver our service.
- Details you give us in the contact form: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, business name, website and your message.
- Anything you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp when you get in touch.
- Anonymous page-speed measurements from your visit (see section 5). These do not identify you.
3. How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and send you information about our packages.
- To prepare, publish and report on your PR article if you become a client.
- To keep the website working well and to improve it.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting duties.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the services that help us run the website and our business, and only as far as they need it:
- Our website host (Vercel) and our email delivery provider, which handle the website and carry your form message to us.
- If you become a client, the article content you approve is published on third-party websites. We do not give those websites your contact details unless you ask us to.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
5. Cookies and analytics
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We use Vercel Speed Insights to measure how quickly our pages load. It collects anonymous performance data, such as page speed, the page visited and the type of device and browser, and it does not use cookies or identify you personally.
If we add other analytics tools in the future, we will update this policy first.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry messages for as long as we need them to respond and to keep reasonable business records. If you become a client, we keep your records for as long as the law and our accounting needs require. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see section 7).
7. Your rights
Under applicable data protection laws, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or withdraw your consent for us to contact you. 8. Security
We use reputable hosting and email providers and a secure (HTTPS) connection. No method of sending or storing data online is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we take reasonable care to protect your information.
9. Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. Please check back occasionally.
