1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of sachpublications.com and to any PR publication package you buy from SACH Publications ("we", "us"). By using the website or buying from us, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. What we offer

We offer two publication packages, Starter (₹9,999) and Growth (₹13,499). What each one includes is listed on our Services page, for example publication on partner websites and high-authority media features, and in the Growth package a report of live links and a dedicated campaign manager. For monthly or regular publishing we prepare a custom plan and quote. The exact scope of your order is confirmed with you in writing before work starts.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Indian rupees. Whether any taxes apply, and how and when you pay, is confirmed with you before work begins.

4. Delivery time

Delivery is typically within 2–3 days for the Growth package and within 4–5 days for the Starter package, once we have everything we need from you, including the information for your article and your approval. This is an estimate and may be affected by how quickly you reply and by the availability of the publishing websites.

5. Your content and responsibilities

• You must give us accurate information and you must have the right to use everything you send us, including names, logos and images.
• Your article must not be false, misleading, defamatory, unlawful or infringe anyone else's rights.
• We may ask you to change, or we may decline, content that does not meet these standards.
• You are responsible for approving your article before it is published.

6. Third-party websites

Your article is published on websites that we do not own. They have their own editorial rules and may change or remove content in line with them. We provide you with a report of the live links once your article is published.

7. No guarantee of results

Publicity helps build credibility and visibility, but we cannot guarantee any particular outcome, such as search engine rankings, website traffic, enquiries, sales or investment. Backlinks can be added to your article where the publishing website allows it; we do not guarantee how a link is treated by search engines.

8. Changes, cancellations and refunds

Terms for revisions, cancellations and refunds are confirmed with you in writing before work starts. If you have a concern about your order, contact us and we will work with you to resolve it.

9. Intellectual property

You keep the rights to your brand and your content. You allow us to edit and publish your article and to share the content you approve with the publishing websites. The design, text and other material on this website belong to us and may not be copied without our permission.

10. Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, business or reputation. Our total responsibility for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under law that cannot be limited.

11. Privacy

How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Orders are covered by the terms in force when you placed them.
